Domestic SDR RF Chip Released, Core Components of Repeater Stations Autonomously Controllable
Qingdao Guoshu Microelectronics released the DT-SDR9029 broadband RF transceiver chip,
using 14nm domestic process, covering 70MHz–7.125GHz,
with an instantaneous bandwidth of 400MHz, 4 transmit and 4 receive channels,
integrated digital filtering and high-speed interfaces, capable of replacing high-end international chips.
Repeater stations are shifting from relying on imported RF devices
to a fully domestically produced SDR architecture,
supporting signal processing
and relay in scenarios such as 5G/6G and low-earth orbit satellites.
